The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of the property is excellent five minute walk to train station, trains to Monaco, Nice , Antibes (also 20 minute walk), Cannes and Marseille. The property we stayed in was a duplex two bed, top floor, lift very welcome, the apartment is roomy and all the facilities you need for catering holiday. The location is in the town and short walk to promenade and beaches. café, bars, restaurant , supermarket and bakeries on your door step. I would recommend the property to anyone for a stay. Juan Les Pins is a lively seaside area and conveniently located for visiting and exploring the south of France.

very nice room, also the balcony nice. Very useful to have a kitchen that you can you use. staff very nice, you do not feel particular problems from the non-24h check-in, since you always can somehow selfcheckin. very nice option both for vacation (in the very center of Juan le pins) or work (bus stop to Sophiatech area near and easy to reach).
